Data yang perlu disiapkan:

* Paspor (berlaku minimal 6 bulan)

* Detail Penerbangan (Flight Code)

* Detail eVisa bagi peserta yang memerlukan

* Peserta Pemegang Paspor ASEAN: Pilih Visa Type "Default Visa Exception by Country"

* Alamat di Vietnam:

Type of Accomodation in Vietnam: Pilih "Hotel"

Province/City of Hotel: Pilih "Ho Chi Minh City"

Ward / Commune: Pilih "Xuan Hoa Ward"

Address: Pilih "Other" dan Ketik "14 Vo Van Tan Street, Ward 6, Xuan Hoa, Ho Chi Minh"

Hal yang perlu diperhatikan:

* Isi data sesuai paspor (hindari kesalahan)

* Simpan QR Code / bukti pengisian

* Disarankan mengisi sebelum keberangkatan untuk menghindari antrean

* Passport (valid for at least 6 months)

* Flight details (Flight Code)

* eVisa details (for participants who require it)

* ASEAN passport holders: Select Visa Type "Default Visa Exception by Country"

* Address in Vietnam:

Type of Accommodation in Vietnam: Select "Hotel"

Province/City of Hotel: Select "Ho Chi Minh City"

Ward / Commune: Select "Xuan Hoa Ward"

Address: Select "Other" and type "14 Vo Van Tan Street, Ward 6, Xuan Hoa, Ho Chi Minh"

* Fill in all information exactly as shown on your passport (avoid errors)

* Save the QR Code / proof of submission

* It is recommended to complete the form before departure to avoid queues
